Since we had corned beef and cabbage on Saturday, I decided to try another Irish/British type dish- Bangors and Mash- kind of. I followed a recipe for bubble and squeak by Jamie Oliver who isn't Irish but the dish is pretty much bangors and mash- which is Irish. I made an onion gravy to go on top and CMB gave it all a thumbs up. Our picky eater even finished her plate. I'll have to save the recipe for next year! yum...
